• Role-based access control that's instantly revocable, backed by a public security page explaining exactly how your data is handled

• A weekly email digest of what needs attention, with full control over who in your firm receives it
• Snoozing an overdue item with a reason instead of letting it read as neglected, and a heads-up when a renewal price jumps or a supplier's performance slips

We're actively working on a few things based on direct feedback from the firms using the beta. We'd rather ship them properly than announce them early, so we're keeping this deliberately general for now.

• A quick start where you tick the tools your firm already uses, add seat numbers and renewal dates, and your registers are set up for you
• Forwarded invoices read for you — supplier, amount, seats and billing date proposed as an update for you to approve
• Finding your recurring suppliers from Xero (and later MYOB), or from a card or bank statement, and proposing them for you to approve
• Letting your AI assistant propose new suppliers and contracts, not just updates to existing ones
• Spreadsheet import that works with your own column layout, not just our template
• Two-factor authentication
• A printable 'who to call' sheet built from your supplier register — IT provider, insurer, bank, telco and other key contacts — for when your own systems are down
• An insurance renewal checklist on your insurance contracts, so the security answers on a proposal form are confirmed by the people responsible before you renew
• Uploading a contract PDF and having AvenorOps read the renewal date, notice period and key terms for you to check and confirm — nothing saved until you approve it
